2. License and Intellectual Property
All scripts, algorithms, code, and digital materials sold on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of our company. When you purchase a script, you are not buying the copyright to the code; you are purchasing a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use only.
- You may apply the scripts to your own personal TradingView charts.
- You may not redistribute, resell, lease, license, sub-license, or offer our scripts to any third party.
- You may not copy the source code to create a competing product or publish the code publicly (e.g., on GitHub, forums, or TradingView public libraries).
- Any violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of your access without a refund, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action.
3. Delivery of Digital Products
Our products are digital software (Pine Scripts) designed specifically for the TradingView platform. Upon successful payment, access to the script or source code will be granted electronically. For “Invite-Only” scripts, you are required to provide an accurate TradingView username during checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by you providing an incorrect username.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Because our products are purely digital and access to the source code or proprietary logic cannot be “returned” once viewed, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the digital product has been delivered or access has been granted. Please review all product descriptions, features, and requirements carefully before making a purchase.
5. Technical Requirements
Our scripts require an active account on TradingView.com to function. While our scripts work on the free version of TradingView, certain complex features, alert setups, or specific timeframes may require a paid TradingView subscription. We are not responsible for limitations imposed by your specific TradingView account tier.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we, our directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, financial trading losses, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our scripts.

- Any bugs, errors, repainting issues, or delays in the TradingView platform infrastructure.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in India, and the parties hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
